Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College. He is an Accredited Advisor of Insurance and a Licensed Property and Casualty Agent.

A resident of Scituate, Massachusetts, Frank is married and father to three children. He is happily involved with Youth Sports in his community.
