Andy Emmanuel, Principal, Mortgage Broker, Omega Financial
Following a 17-year career in both commercial and residential lending with two different banks, Andy Emanuel, along with John Sullivan, started Omega Financial, Inc. mortgage company in 1988. Andy specializes in understanding and analyzing residential customers' needs in order to recommend the appropriate loan products and ensure timely transaction closing. He brings his years of experience to assist clients with mortgage loan origination, closing, and servicing.
Andy is an involved member of various organizations in the mortgage industry. He served as President of the Massachusetts Association of Mortgage Brokers and Correspondent Lenders. At the same time, he served as the Chairman of the Licensing and Legislative Committee. He continues to serve the organization on an advisory basis. He is a past president of Milton Kiwanis and Mattapan Board of Trade. He was the Treasurer of the Dorchester Yacht Club. He is presently on the Board of Directors of the Savin Hill Yacht Club and the Inboard Float Committee at Dorchester Yacht Club, where he keeps his boat in the summer.
