The In Place
The In Place is Matt Reid. Matt was diagnosed with ADHD at age 10, over 25 years ago. Since then Matt’s persistence and creative problem solving have allowed him overcome the obstacles that ADHD can present and create an ADHD-friendly life of success and happiness. After a successful but unrewarding career as a fine dining chef in and around Boston, Matt decided to change course and devote himself fully to giving back to the ADHD community as an ADHD coach and professional organizer. In addition to his personal experience with ADHD, Matt has completed an accredited advanced coach training program at ADD Coach Academy. He is a certified life coaching, a certified ADHD coach, and soon to be a certified professional organizer.
When asked what he does as a coach, Matt says, “I help my clients live amazing lives. I help them change their results in any aspect of life, whether it be school, work, relationships, or any other area. So, how do we change our results? We change our behavior, which is easier said than done.” Matt uses his personal and professional experience along with a tremendous knowledge of ADHD to help his clients understand the “why” of their behavior. Once the “why” is unlocked, the change can begin.
Matt also prides himself on being able to share a myriad of helpful tricks, tips, strategies, and systems that he has developed that are proven to work for ADHDers of all ages. Matt currently works with adults, teens, pre-teens, parents, and whole families. He sees clients in his office in Milton, MA, via Skype, and over the phone. A phone consultation is always complimentary. Contact The In Place.
